An immersive dining experience where art takes its place at the table

Diamond Dinner is a ten-course dining experience set within a sculptural installation. Guests are seated around a hand-sculpted diamond table, bathed in golden light reflecting of gold mirror sculptures, seated on custom seating, beneath a diamond inspired light shade, to share an evening of food, matched drinks and handmade ceramics.

Every element has been created as part of the same artwork. The table sets the scene, ceramic vessels give each course its own setting, and the food brings form, texture and flavour into a composition that unfolds throughout the evening.

With up to 24 guests at each sitting, Diamond Lab offers an intimate encounter with art through the act of dining.
